Standing Poses, Prop Use, Posture, Alignment and Relaxation, and Chair
M = Mixed Levels include elements from both Basics and
Intermediate Levels; Intermediate Level examples are Supported
Backbends and Inverted Poses
NC = No Class scheduled at this time
Seniors and Beginning Yoga Students are encouraged to come on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, though they may also attend Mixed Level classes.
Class begins promptly at the scheduled hour, starting
with a 5 minute seated meditation or Restorative Yoga Posture. Please
plan to arrive 10 minutes before class to set up your place. Inform
your instructor of any pertinent physical conditions you may have before
you begin class. Mats and props are provided, though you may bring your
own sticky mat. Please wear appropriate yoga attire, bare feet (leave
shoes and socks at the door), refrain from wearing perfumed products,
and come with an empty stomach. Please park on the street, not in the
parking lot, as it is assigned parking for the tenants of the building.
Occasionally classes must be cancelled; please call 505-982-7224 and
listen to the message for updates.
